Everyone's putting my transmale animation dudes in a corner whenever they make a video with their voice
They face two questions
"Are you a girl"
"Are you transgender"
The first question boils down this way:
"are you a girl"
"no I am a boy"
"but you sound like a girl"
"well I'm not"
and it leads to the 2nd question, if it hasn't already been addressed
"are you trans?"
either they're comfortable enough to say it
or they aren't
and most of the time they aren't.
Youtube comments are full of some of the most ill-minded people. It's hard to say "I'm trans" and not get backlash from it. If not from the original commenter, than definitely from someone else hunting information.
These people want to be respected.
They are fully aware of their voices.
They are a thousand percent tune to the fact that they don't sound like an adult man.
The last thing they want is for someone to corner them into these questions.
It hurts them so badly and it causes them so man
